Supported by CGT, Unsa or CNT-SO they were “at least 1000 from all occupations such as entertainment, maintenance or security”This was stated by AFP General Secretary of CGT Disney Fabien Baiersdorf. For its part, management counted 954 strikers out of 17,000 employees.
Several shows and the parade is disrupted
The strikers demand “Wage increase of 200 euros, double pay for Sunday work, revaluation of mileage allowances and termination of selected adapted hours.” Several shows, as well as the parade, were canceled, according to CGT. “The ball is in the side of management as employees plan a new work day this Saturday”says Fabien Baiersdorf.
