Extended Sales: Decisive Week for Sellers

This summer, the summer sale has been extended until August 1st.

A decision that follows the urban violence that has recently hit the country.

Good news for consumers as well as merchants who are hoping to make up the shortfall.

These buyers did not expect to return from their vacation. After the urban violence, the early days of the sales drew very few people into the shops. The government then decided to extend the promotion period by one week. Longer term half price products, good news for student wallets.

On the part of the seller, such an extension, even for a few days, is welcome. “We’re a little behind our numbers, so this could potentially be a miracle week that gets customers to come and buy, spend some money,” explains Azzedine Reti, salesperson.

Even by the sea, discounts in a shop window attract the attention of passers-by, especially in bad weather, as in recent days. Once on the shelves, it’s hard to resist a comfortable shirt or pair of shoes, even if they’re not on sale. But having fun without thinking too much is also relaxing.
