Action in the heart of Paris. It’s director Chad Stahelski’s bold bet on a new installment in the John Wick saga. This American series is best known for its lead actor Keanu Reeves. Cult comedian Matrix Or Dracula here personifies a lone killer, a specialist in spectacular battles. Keanu Reeves says this: “Shooting John Wick in Paris, in these historic locations, is something exceptional.” Filming was also interspersed in the summer of 2021 in the capital. The film crew first privatized the Trocadero and then closed the Place de la Zvezda to a particularly dangerous chase. Then the main characters spent the whole night performing tricks on the stairs leading to Montmartre. In total, almost 27 days were filmed, 14 different sets and over 300 French technicians hired to do it. “John Wick 4”. The stunt team was all French.
Stunt coordinator Laurent Demianoff directed and coordinated most of the film’s action sequences. Keanu Reeves’ stunt double was Vincent Bouillon. The Frenchman is chosen for his resemblance to a star, but above all for his ability to master all fighting techniques. Although the American actor does some of the action himself, he says he’s impressed with the stuntman’s skill.
