International Sleep Day: We sleep 1 hour 30 minutes less than 50 years ago

We promise we’ll try not to put you to sleep. However, this is what we need because we sleep 1 hour 30 minutes less than 50 years ago. Three out of ten French people are satisfied with even 6 hours of sleep.

Avoid coffee and screens

Another tip: the bedroom should remain the place where you sleep, and not an office or a playroom. The output is therefore everything that has nothing to do there. And if, in spite of everything, if you still haven’t had enough sleep, Taysir and his 5 hours a day have advice: take a nap.
